This English page is a reference translation. The service is operated in Korea: the order form, payment (Korean bank transfer) and the admin screens are in Korean. We answer email enquiries in English. The Korean text of the terms prevails.
Solid Signature (the “Company”) operates the passrun advertising service (passrun.kr, the “Service”) and handles advertisers’ personal data as set out below. The passrun study apps are covered by each app’s own privacy policy.

2. What is shown publicly in the app
The advertising material you pay for (name, region, description, images, links) is shown to app users. Your phone number may appear in the school list in the app; it is required for the listing.

These transfers are processing on our behalf, necessary to run the service, and are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will act without delay. Transaction records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and administrative access is limited to the smallest possible number of people.

The Service is operated in the Republic of Korea and follows the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Advertiser data is stored in Korea and transferred to the United States and elsewhere through the processors listed in section 3. Submitting a request is taken as consent to that transfer; if you withdraw consent we cannot keep your listing running. Residents of the regions below may exercise the same rights and may complain to their local authority.

The Service is aimed at schools and businesses in Korea and Japan. We do not offer goods or services to, or monitor the behaviour of, people in the EEA or the UK, so we have not appointed a representative under GDPR Article 27. We will nonetheless handle any request we receive to the same standard.
