Terms of Service
Effective 21 August 2026
This English page is a reference translation. The service is operated in Korea: the order form, payment (Korean bank transfer) and the admin screens are in Korean. We answer email enquiries in English. The Korean text of the terms prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the passrun advertising service (the “Service”) provided by Solid Signature (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and the advertiser.
Article 2 (What the Service is)
The Service is a paid advertising product that places an advertiser’s school or business details in designated areas of the passrun certification study apps operated by the Company. Plan structure (Basic / Pro / Max), placement, duration and price follow what is shown on the service screens.
Article 3 (Formation of contract)
A contract is formed when the advertiser submits their details on the service screens and transfers the fee. The Company does not run sales or pre-approval steps; once the transfer is confirmed the listing is published, and confirmation takes up to one business day.
Article 4 (Advertiser obligations)
- Advertisers must not publish information that is untrue, infringes the rights of others, or breaches applicable law.
- The advertiser is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the advertising material (name, contact details, description, images, links).
- Businesses that require a licence or registration, such as schools, must already hold it.
Article 5 (Post-publication review and suspension)
The Company publishes without pre-approval but monitors afterwards. Listings that breach Article 4 or are reported by users may be suspended, in which case the remaining period is refunded pro rata.
Article 6 (Scope of what is guaranteed)
The Company guarantees the placement and duration set out for each plan. It does not guarantee any number of clicks, enquiries or sales. There is no cap on how many advertisers may buy a plan; every advertiser who pays is listed. Higher plans always appear above lower ones, and listings on the same plan rotate evenly.
Article 7 (Term and renewal)
Advertising is paid by bank transfer. The listing starts once the transfer is confirmed, which takes up to one business day.
The term runs from the start date: one month for monthly plans, one year for annual plans. A monthly plan starting on 24 August runs to 23 September and ends on 24 September. Where a month has no matching date, the last day of that month applies.
There is no automatic billing or renewal. To keep a listing running, transfer again before it expires; the Company sends a reminder seven days ahead. If no transfer arrives the listing simply ends with the term, so no cancellation step is needed.
Article 8 (Payment and tax invoices)
Prices shown on the service screens exclude VAT. The amount to transfer is the price plus 10% VAT.
Payment is by bank transfer. Once confirmed, the Company issues an electronic tax invoice to the business details given at sign-up. Advertisers who are not registered businesses and do not need an invoice can switch this off at sign-up.
Article 9 (Refunds)
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Article 10 (Limitation of liability)
If a listing is interrupted for reasons beyond the Company’s control — natural disaster, app-store policy change, payment-provider outage — the Company refunds the amount for that period and is not liable for other losses.
Article 11 (Changes to these terms)
The Company may change these terms and will post the change on this page with its effective date. Contracts already formed remain governed by the terms in force at the time.
Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office as the court of first instance.
